This chocolate sauce hardens in a very short time. Really crunchy and very tasty.

Preparation in the Thermomix
Step 1:
Weigh all ingredients into the mixing bowl and let run for 4 min / 40 degrees / level 2 and 10 min / 40 degrees / level 1.
Step 2:
Fill into a glass. Simply pour over the ice.
Preparation without Thermomix
Step 1:
Melt all ingredients over a water bath and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed
Step 2:
Fill into a glass. Simply pour over the ice.
Tip:
Step 1:
If all of the chocolate sauce has not been used up and it becomes a little firmer outside of the refrigerator, simply put the glass briefly in warm water or open it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
