Another sauce that was created in the Sauce Challenge. Chocolatey, alcoholic dessert sauce that can not only be used on ice.

Step 1:
Roughly chop the chocolate
Step 2:

Heat the cream, chocolate and syrup and bring to the boil for about 1 minute
Step 3:

Turn off the temperature and add the rum raisins and rum flavor (or rum possible)
Step 4:

Puree everything with a hand blender or mixer. If you want pieces, either don't add all the raisins or don't mix too long.
Step 5:

Fill the sauce into screw-top jars
