Chocolate sauce with no added sugar Recipe for ice cream and desserts.

Ingredients

125 g cream 30%
120 g of water
130 g xylitol
50 g Perfecto-X
50 g of cocoa
25 g dark chocolate 70% sugar-free

Preparation

Step 1:
Bring all ingredients to the boil in a saucepan for 1-2 minutes and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 2:
The chocolate sauce must be completely cooled in the refrigerator before it can be used in the ice cream.
