With this chocolate Ice cream recipe, we have a mild and full-bodied chocolate ice cream. Not too bitter but still nice and chocolaty and creamy. I made two versions of the recipe for you. In one variant is of the Ice cream ingredients only cocoa and the other quick version is with ours Chocolate ice cream paste. I also have a sugar-free ice cream recipe from both variants Perfecto-X made for you.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, chocolate ice cream paste and the dry ingredients and mix everything together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
If you make the variant with cocoa, you now have to briefly boil the ice cream mix to 85 ° C, stirring constantly, and then cool it down in a water bath. If you are using the chocolate ice cream paste, this is the step not necessary!
Step 5:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
