Ingredients

480 g whole milk 3,5%
150 g cream 30%
150 g condensed milk 10%
As an alternative to condensed milk, 50/50% milk / cream
75 g Perfecto-More
35 g Eis Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
75 g sugar
20 g homemade cinnamon paste
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, cinnamon paste and the dry ingredients at the highest level
Step 3:
Add the cream, mix again briefly
Step 4:
Let everything mature for at least 60 minutes
Step 5:
stir briefly
Step 6:
Freeze ice in the ice cream maker or by hand method
