Cinnamon & Vanilla: the aroma duo

For the spice, use high-quality Ceylon cinnamon – it tastes rounder and finer than Cassia
(more on this). You can get the elegant base note with vanilla paste. You can use this with our Recepies yourself, or you can use our Premium Bourbon vanilla paste – it distributes perfectly in the mix and brings authentic vanilla without bitter notes.
