A heavenly creamy and cinnamon ice cream for all cinnamon fans.

When Andreas presented the test recipe, I got in touch immediately. I absolutely had to try this ice cream.

I balanced the recipe for 750g.

After the tasting it was a little too sweet for me, but after freezing it is just right. Simple Perfecto!

A must for every cinnamon fan and those who want to become one.

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients together
Step 2:
Stir with the milk in the mixer on the highest setting for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Now add the cream and stir in again for 30 seconds
Step 4:
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight
Step 5:
Fill the ice cream mass into the ice cream machine and let it stir until the ice cream has a temperature of approx. - 8 to - 9 degrees
Step 6:
Transfer the ice cream and let it freeze in the freezer
