Cinnamon paste

Cinnamon paste for ice cream or desserts

Ingredients

200 g of water
80 g Sorbet-Perfecto
40 g sugar
30 g ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1:
Sorbet-Perfecto Mix and sugar, bring to the boil with the water
Step 2:
Add the cinnamon and briefly bring to the boil again. Let it steep for about 10 minutes on a very low heat.
Step 3:
Fill into a glass for storage

The cinnamon dusts when stirred in. Please slowly and carefully
