65 g sugar
15 g butter biscuit ice cream paste Movito
10 g Creme Brulee Ice Cream Paste Movito
40g cinnamon rolls
550 g whole milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
pinch of salt
Optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
60 - 80 g cinnamon rolls in small pieces
100g cinnamon Variegato
Variant without sugar
140 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
90 g xylitol
15 g butter biscuit ice cream paste Movito
10 g Creme Brulee Ice Cream Paste Movito
550 g whole milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
a pinch of salt
Optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Mix the milk, ice cream pastes, cinnamon rolls and the dry ingredients together at the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:

Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:

Just before the ice cream is ready, add the chopped cinnamon rolls and stir.
Step 7:

Fill the finished ice cream into a container in layers and add some Crema Cinnamon between each layer.Variegato You can swirl it in lightly with a spoon to get a nice marbling.
