Delicious and very creamy coconut ice cream recipe. A quick coconut ice cream recipe.

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, coconut sauce and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Briefly heat everything together until it steams and then let it cool down in a water bath.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
If you like, you can also add desiccated coconut to the ice cream after mixing.

Although I'm not otherwise a coconut fan - this ice cream is great! Together with chocolate sauce it tastes like the well-known bar 😉

Very tasty ice cream!
I added another 10 Raffaello, roughly chopped, and folded in.
I replaced the coconut butter with homemade coconut paste.
