Ingredients

250 g coconut milk
380 g milk 1,5%
80 g coconut nut / coconut pulp
100 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
85 g Perfecto-More
20 g Eis-Perfecto
70 g sugar
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, coconut sauce and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Briefly heat everything together until it steams and then let it cool down in a water bath.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Note
Step 1:
If you like, you can also add desiccated coconut to the ice cream after mixing.
