I've always liked the combination of coconut and pistachio, which is why this ice cream was created.

It can be seen on the right in the picture, the other is the ice cream with pingui which can also be found here in the portal.

Ingredients

65g Eis Perfecto
85g Perfecto More
15g Bindemittel Perfecto
35g sugar
a pinch of salt
200g Ponthier Coconut
480g whole milk 3,5%
85g condensed milk 10%
60g pistachio sauce

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, Ponthier and pistachio puree
Step 3:
Mix in the dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes on the highest level
Step 4:
Let the ice cream mix rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Step 5:
Freeze the ice cream mix with an ice cream maker or by the hand method
Step 6:
freeze the ice in the freezer for 24 hours

Unfortunately awesome 🤩 In the absence of Ponthier Coconut, I replaced it with 90% coconut milk and 10% sugar, following the tip from Nici from the group. It worked very well.
Tastes super delicious and is nice and creamy. The first time I tried it, the coconut flavor wasn't that strong, but the next day you can taste both flavors in perfect harmony!
