Toffee-Variegato Mix Movito with the cream

Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix the milk, ice cream and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.

Now add the cream & mascarpone and mix again briefly.

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.

Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer that Variegato distribute and swirl around.
