Ingredients

650 g cantaloup melon
40 g of water
20 g lemon juice
120 g sugar
155 g Sorbet-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix the melon with the lemon juice and water.
Step 3:
