Many of you probably know the Snickers ice cream from the supermarket and that inspired me to create this ice cream the Snickers way.

The ice cream is a bit more complex, but it's definitely worth it.

A homemade caramel cream with roasted peanuts and a homemade chocolate sauce are layered in the ice cream.

Here are the recipes for cream and caramel cream and chocolate sauce:

Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients together well
Step 2:

Roughly chop the white nougat
Step 3:

Mix the milk and dry ingredients for 2 minutes on the highest level
Step 4:

Add the cream and mix again briefly
Step 5:

Add the nougat and let it steep for 10 minutes at 85 degrees
Step 6:

Cool and let mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes
Step 7:

Mix again
Step 8:

Freeze in the ice cream maker or by the hand method
Step 9:

In the meantime, mix the cream and caramel cream with the peanuts
Step 10:

Put the finished ice cream in layers with the peanut caramel mixture and the chocolate sauce (ice cream / peanut caramel / chocolate sauce / ice cream, etc.) in a freezer container
Step 11:

The Snickers-style ice cream now has to be frozen in the freezer for 24 hours
