Creamy mango ice cream - milk ice cream

In this great recipe you can expect a very creamy and delicious mango milk ice cream. Because in the recipe I didn't use fresh mangos, but ready-made mango puree. Why? I can explain that to you briefly, fresh mangos usually have far too little flavor to make a really great mango-tasting ice cream. That's why I like to use ready-made mango puree, it is particularly aromatic and gives the mango ice cream a fruity taste. In most ready-made mango purees the mango "Alphonso" is used. The mango "Alphonso" has its origins in India. The mango "Alphonso" has a juicy, creamy flesh. The ripe mango "Alphonso" is golden yellow in color - just like our sun. That doesn't just sound good, it is. So you'll definitely understand why I prefer to use Creamy mango milk ice cream like to use ready-made mango puree.

Creamy Mango – milk ice cream +++

So that it is not just a normal mango ice cream, I thought about it and added a little vanilla to the standard ingredients that you would expect in mango ice cream. You need about 20 g of the vanilla ice cream paste and you have a completely new ice cream flavor that is reminiscent of the “Solero" Ice cream. The “Solero" Ice cream tastes like vanilla, mango and passion fruit and you can make this wonderful ice cream yourself in no time with the recipe (see below). The Creamy Mango Milk Ice Cream tastes so creamy and delicious due to the properties of the mango (due to the natural starch). A case for sweet tooth.

Don't have any mango puree?

No problem. I have a very simple tip for you. You can spice up regular mangoes with a little sugar and our mango ice cream paste. You can find the exact proportions further down in the recipe. With the fruity taste of the Mango ice cream paste supports you to spice up the taste of your mango ice cream. With these ingredients you get a delicious mango ice cream. It also goes really well with the ice cream Mango Variegato or Mango passion fruit Variegato.

Rock-hard ice cream was yesterday - from today there is only delicious creamy ice cream.

Ingredients

100 gr Eis-Perfecto
40 gr Perfecto-More
15 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
30 g sugar
300 g of Ponthier mango puree
294 g milk 3,5%
200 g cream 30%
20 g vanilla paste
1-2 grams of citric acid
Tip:
If you don't have Ponthier mango puree, you can also use 280 g of fresh mangoes with 20 g of mango ice cream paste instead of the puree.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Blend the milk, mango puree and dry ingredients together on high for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Tip:
Step 1:

A mango also goes wonderfully with the ice cream Variegato or mango passion fruit Variegato.
