Pistachio ice cream fans get their money's worth with this ice cream recipe. It is truly a noble pistachio ice cream recipe for connoisseurs. A pistachio ice cream with real pistachio is super delicious, especially since we only use the best ingredients. This is no comparison to pistachios you can find in the supermarket or most ice cream parlors. I also use condensed milk in this great ice cream recipe. This gives us a perfectly creamy ice cream with an intense pistachio flavor. Above all, the pistachio ice cream is, as always, quick and easy to make.

Pistachio paste

Ingredients

620 g milk 3,5%
90 g condensed milk 10%
(As an alternative to condensed milk, 50% milk / 50% cream | The ice cream becomes creamier with condensed milk!)
70 g pistachio paste
70 g Perfecto-More
65 g Eis-Perfecto
70 g sugar
15 g binderPerfecto
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, pistachio paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
After ripening, mix again briefly.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Our nut pastes are the same as a homemade nut paste. So pure nut and can therefore also be used in the same way.

I have never eaten a pistachio ice cream that was so delicious and the pistachios tasted like pistachios. The pistachio paste makes a great taste. Not too sweet and a slightly floury finish. Brilliant!
But in the meantime I have tried a few varieties and they were all extremely tasty.
