Our nut pastes are the same as a homemade nut paste. So pure nut and can therefore also be used in the same way.

I've never had pistachio ice cream this delicious, with pistachios tasting like pistachios. The pistachio paste adds a wonderful flavor. Not too sweet and with a slightly floury aftertaste. Brilliant!
But in the meantime I have tried a few varieties and they were all extremely tasty.

We didn't like the ice cream at all. It had a crumbly consistency. And despite the Perfecto Ingredients rock hard and not at all creamy.
The freezer is at -18 degrees Celsius, checked several times. I also followed all the other tips (Q&A).
Too bad.

So, I've started a second attempt with this recipe and tweaked the preparation a bit.
Lo and behold, you'd hardly believe it – the result is completely different from the first attempt.
Melts delicately and is so wonderfully creamy, just as I imagine it. 😊 Perfect.
