Creamy raspberry ice cream with fruit puree from Ponthier

Mix all dry ingredients together well

Mix the milk, lemon juice, condensed milk, fruit puree and the dry ingredients for 2 minutes at the highest level

Add the cream and mix again briefly on a medium setting

The ice base to ripen in the refrigerator for 3 hours

The ice base to freeze in the ice machine

After approx. 60 minutes it is ready and can be frozen in the freezer (approx. 24 hours)
