Creamy watermelon ice cream with grilled watermelon
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the milk, melon, lemon and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
The melon slices are rolled in brown sugar and fried in coconut oil
