You like delicious ice cream and you want it to have a crunchy part? Then you've come to the right place with this ice cream recipe. I wanted to try something new and it turned out really delicious. I have a station wagon white chocolate ice cream created with crispy waffles. With the waffles, I didn't want hard waffles, but nice, airy, fluffy, crispy waffles, like the ones you know to decorate ice cream. It is best to use ice cream weapons that are not filled, i.e. nut or vanilla filling. You can use normal ice cream cones or, for example, the decorative heart cones. Simply cut the waffles – no matter which one you chose – into small pieces. The combination of white chocolate ice cream with the small waffle pieces is wonderful and you have a really great taste experience with this ice cream. With this ice cream recipe, I present you with 2 variants.

The first variant is: I have the crispy waffle ice cream with our ice cream paste "White chocolate" did. I can tell you it turned out a crispy waffle ice cream that is so creamy and delicious with a wonderful texture. It is so beautifully airy, fluffy and of course crispy. An ice cream that leaves nothing to be desired. Good Appetite

105 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
60 g sugar
540 g warm (approx. 50° C) milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
100 g white chocolate ice cream from Movito
pinch of salt

45 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
240 g white couverture or white chocolate
695 g milk 3,5%
5 g vanilla paste

85 g Perfecto-X

80 g xylitol
540 g warm (approx. 50° C) milk 3,5%

100 g white chocolate ice cream from Movito

Preparation

Step 1:
Cut the waffles into small pieces and Variegato the mischi
Variant with ice cream paste
Step 1:

Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, ice cream and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:

Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer that Variegato to distribute.
Variant with white chocolate
Step 1:

Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Melt the white chocolate with approx. 300 g milk.
Step 3:
Blend melted chocolate milk, milk, vanilla paste and dry ingredients on high for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:

Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer that Variegato to distribute.
