With the crispy Zabaione pralines from Lindt, a very tasty ice cream was created once again.
Very creamy and special because of the pralines?
- Mix all dry ingredients together well
- Heat milk, cream, pralines and the dry ingredients until all ingredients have dissolved (I set my food processor to 65 degrees, on level 3 for 10 minutes)
- Let the ice base cool down
- Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least three hours
- Freeze the ice base with the ice maker or the hand method
- Freeze the finished ice cream in the freezer for 24 hours
