It's super easy to make the sprinkles

I simply made the crumbles in the oven and added them to our white chocolateVariegato given so that they remain really nice and crispy later in the ice cream and do not become soft or mushy. I think this combination is super successful and really, really delicious.

Ingredients

50 g flour
25 g sugar
25 cold butter
Optionally 1 tsp vanilla essence or some vanilla paste
140 g white chocolates Variegato

Preparation

Step 1:
Knead all ingredients (including optional vanilla) into crumbles. This works well with a dough hook of the hand mixer or with your hands. NOTE: The crumbles should not be too fine, so that you have nice crunchy crumbles and small fine crumbles. Better too coarse than too small, you can chop them up a bit after baking.
Step 2:

Spread the crumbles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180°C until golden brown and allow to cool.
Step 3:

Now sprinkle the sprinkles with the white chocolate Variegato Mix.
