Currant sorbet recipe with coconut water. A very fruity and refreshing sorbet recipe.
Mix the currants and strain them through a sieve.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the currant puree, lemon juice and coconut water.
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
