Very creamy and fluffy Dickmann ice cream. The sweetness is very pleasant because the yogurt gives the ice cream a slightly tart note. But the taste of the fat men is not neglected.

Ingredients

140 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
85 g yogurt 3,5%
200 g cream 30%
385 g whole milk 3,5%
175 g Dickmann / foam kiss (without waffles)

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients together well

Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, yoghurt and the dry ingredients for at least 2 minutes
Step 3:
Separate Dickmann / Foam Kisses from the bases (waffles) and carefully chop the filling (175 g) in a bowl with a fork.
Step 4:
If necessary, the waffles can be saved and placed on the finished ice cream for decoration
Step 5:
Just before the end, add the cream to the milk-yogurt mixture and mix briefly
Step 6:
Pour the mix over the Dickmann mass and stir to a smooth liquid; best with a whisk
Step 7:
It is best to let the ice base mature overnight in the refrigerator
Step 8:
Freeze the ice base in the ice cream maker or by hand method
Step 9:
If you like, you can decorate the ice cream with the waffles and, at the end of the day, simply spoon and enjoy!
