Those who read the recipes here and make their own ice cream know that I am a tinkerer and also very keen to experiment. The same with this ice cream, it took a while, but now I'm satisfied with the creation. My girls actually gave me the idea. My girls love pink donuts with pink frosting and preferably with a filling. I also like to eat a donut from time to time. As I said, my girls' preferences basically gave me the idea of ​​making an ice cream combination out of it. Sounds a little crazy, doesn't it? Ice cream with pink donuts. But I maintain that the ice cream is so delicious - just to lick it off.
Donut ice cream with many options
For the preparation - below it is exactly how to do it - I have ours Butter Biscuit Ice Cream Paste used. But you can also do it with ours Cookie ice cream make. The ice cream pastes give the donut ice cream that special biscuit/cake taste. Both versions taste really great. As always, it is known to be a matter of taste. Alternatively, if you don't want to use the cookie ice cream paste or the shortbread ice cream paste, you can use the Vanilla paste use whichever you prefer. With these pastes we get a great basic taste in the ice cream. We complement the whole thing with ours white chocolatesvariegato, which is colored pink with our raspberry ice cream paste and thus also gets some raspberry flavor. Alternatively, you can just use red with red food coloring. Don't like food coloring? Then you can also color it with freeze-dried raspberries. In any case, it is important that you Variegato dye something to give the ice cream a nice playful look. Because the eye eats with you. Now you have the choice for your own ice cream creation.
The special kick
Finally, donuts are cut into pieces and also added to the finished ice cream. The donat pieces round off the taste perfectly. I chose filled donuts. Why? Quite simply, they taste best to me. This ice cream creation is delicious and you get a nice colorful ice cream.
