50 g Sorbet-Perfecto
35 g Perfecto-Minus (alternatively Sorbet-Perfecto)
195 g sugar
20 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
630 g of water
60 g dragon fruit ICE PASTE Movito
4 g citric acid
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa
with fruit and ice cream paste
50 g Sorbet-Perfecto
40 g Perfecto-Minus (alternatively Sorbet-Perfecto)
175 g sugar
20 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
376 g of water
300 g dragon fruit / pitaya
30 g dragon fruit ICE PASTE Movito
4 g citric acid
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa
sugar-free
150 g Perfecto-X
110 g xylitol
20g XBindemittel-Perfecto
650 g of water
60 g dragon fruit ICE PASTE Movito
4 g citric acid
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the water, ice cream paste, cremosa and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
