Eggnog ice cream

Eggnog ice cream
Mix all dry ingredients well
Add the remaining ingredients except for the straw and heat at 85 degrees for 2 minutes
Let cool and let mature in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. I had it in the fridge overnight
Add the strawberry and stir well
Freeze the base in the ice cream maker or by hand for at least 24 hours

Such a "great" ice cream?

A very tasty ice cream. The 80% straw rum is hard to come by in our area, I was able to order it online. Not exactly cheap, but it's worth it, I'll use it for baking now too. Definitely gives the ice cream a very nice note and due to the high proportion of eggs, the ice cream has a very melt-in-the-mouth note for me ??
