The intense taste depends on the peanut butter cream you use.
We love these that you can get at the big, well-known discount store during the American weeks.
The delicious Variegato underlines a milk / cream ice cream with or without vanilla.
Layered or as a sauce.
As a topping for the ice cream, I caramelized a handful of peanuts in brown sugar and cream in the pan.

Ingredients

Ingredients peanut butter Variegato
50 grams of water
50 grams of cream
90 g whole milk 3,5%
110 grams of sugar
100 g peanut butter cream
100 g Sorbet Perfecto
Ingredients for the topping
30 - 60 g peanuts
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
20 - 40 g cream (if you like)

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients
Step 2:
Add the water and whole milk and mix briefly on the highest level
Step 3:
Heat the milk mixture and add the peanut butter and dissolve while stirring
Step 4:
Add the cream and bring to the boil while stirring
Step 5:
Decant and allow to cool for further processing
Step 6:
Carefully roast the peanuts in the pan and place on baking paper or in a bowl for further processing
Step 7:
Now add the sugar to the pan and dissolve while stirring
Step 8:
Add the cream and stir until the mixture forms a whole
Step 9:
Now add the roasted peanuts and stir in
Step 10:
Put the caramelized peanuts back on the baking paper, let them cool and then chop them up
