Ingredients

185 g Sorbet-Perfecto
17 g binderPerfecto
145 g sugar
603 g of water
50 g Waldmeister ICE PASTE-Movito

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the water, ice cream and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
