Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, yoghurt, lemon juice and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Hello Lea, yes, you need both powders. They also have different functions. The binder serves to inhibit ice crystal formation while the Eis-Perfecto ensures that the ice does not become rock hard. Greetings Andrew
