This delicious cherry sauce can be served cold or hot, delicious with ice cream and dessert.

You can make this basic recipe with almost any fruit.

Is ideal for freezing, then you have delicious sauces for ice cream, etc. even in winter.

You can also refine the sauces with "shot".

E.g. cherry sauce with cherry liqueur or cherry brandy, apricot with apricot liqueur, apricot brandy, etc.

Preparation for whole fruits:
Step 1:
Wash, clean and core the fruits.
Step 2:
Cook the prepared fruits in a saucepan with 125ml water for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Then rub through a sieve.
Step 4:
Bring the fruit pulp to the boil with sugar.
Step 5:
Bind with cornstarch dissolved in water. (If required)
Step 6:
Flavor with lemon juice. Now you could add something "spiritual".
Step 7:
Preparation with already pureed fruits
Step 1:
If, like me, you use already pureed fruits, then only add 10-20 ml of water and only briefly bring to the boil. (2-3 min.)
Step 2:
I chase everything through the slow juicer because I don't want any seeds in the sauce.
Step 3:
Bring the fruit pulp to the boil with sugar.
Step 4:
Bind with cornstarch dissolved in water. (If required)
Step 5:
Flavor with lemon juice. Now you could add something "spiritual".
Step 6:
I portion this sauce and freeze in advance.
Step 7:
Tastes very tasty cold or hot with ice cream and dessert.
