Mix all dry ingredients together well
Mix the mirabelle jam, lemon juice and water well together
Mix all dry ingredients with the other premixed ingredients on the highest setting for two minutes
Put the sorbet base in the refrigerator for three hours to ripen
Freeze with the ice cream maker or by the hand method
The finished sorbet can be frozen in the freezer for 24 hours
