Ingredients

135 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g binderPerfecto
65 g sugar
565 g milk 3,5%
170 g cream 30%
50 g Smurf ICEPASTE Movito
pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa paste
Variant without sugar
120 g Perfecto-X
15 g X-binderPerfecto
70 g xylitol
565 g milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
50 g Smurf ICEPASTE Movito
pinch of salt
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa paste
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
50-60g white marshmallows cut into sixths or mini white marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, ice cream and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice cream with an ice cream maker or the hand method and just before the ice cream is ready add the marshmallows and stir in.

See delicious ice cream, nice and creamy, great color. Great with the paste, only the marschenlows are not for me, they would be like chewing gum. I'll just leave it out next time.

Super tasty, for my taste it goes in the direction of vanilla. Vanilla ice cream with a very good color ?. In summary, a very good ice cream and a good volume.
