A delicious gingerbread ice cream at Christmas time
mix all dry ingredients (sugar, binder, Eis-Perfecto, Perfecto Plus, salt, gingerbread spice)
Cut soft marzipan into cubes and puree together with the milk until the marzipan has completely dissolved
Add dry ingredients and blend for two minutes
Add the cream and blend again briefly
Allow the ice cream mix to mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Freeze ice cream mix using an ice cream maker or hand method
