Ingredients

135 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
75 g sugar
565 g milk 3,5%
200 g cream 30%
5 g butter biscuit ICE PASTE-Movito, alternatively vanilla paste
5 g marzipan ICE PASTE-Movito, alternatively 10g marzipan
1 pinch of dried orange peel
1/4 bottle of rum flavouring
pinch of salt
Optional 5 g CremosaPerfecto
Ingredients that go into the ice cream later
Cookie dough pieces
Ingredients Cookie dough pieces
60 g butter
20 g cane sugar
50 g icing sugar
7 g vanilla sugar
70 g wheat flour
3 tsp vanilla essence or 8 tsp vanilla paste
1 pinch of dried orange peel
1/4 bottle of rum flavouring
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, ice cream pastes (or alternative ingredients) and the dry ingredients together at the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream into a container in layers and distribute the dough pieces between each layer and swirl lightly with a spoon.
Preparation of dough
Step 1:

Melt the cane sugar, sugar, vanilla paste and salt in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Step 2:

Set the pot aside and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 3:

Mix the flour with the orange peel, add the sugar/butter mixture and the rum flavouring and process everything into a smooth dough.
Step 4:

Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
Step 5:

Form the dough into 2-3 small rolls (approx. 0,5 cm thick).
Step 6:

Then cut the dough rolls into small pieces and store them in the refrigerator until use.

The idea isn't bad and the taste is reminiscent of cake batter, although we don't think orange peel belongs in it. The consistency is once again great, but we weren't convinced by the taste this time.
But thank God, tastes differ 😉
