Green apple ice cream made quickly.
Apple ice cream is very popular. However, processing fresh apples into ice cream is not always easy. Apples tend to brown quickly and also lack flavor. However, there are already ways to conjure up great ice cream from fresh green apples. I like to make it with fresh apple juice. But the juice has to come out of the slow juicer. This way the juice keeps its color and doesn't turn brown as quickly. I like to add a small amount of pureed apples to this variant. This ice cream recipe is quick to prepare!
With this apple ice cream recipe, the preparation is faster because we use the Green apple ice cream paste use from our shop. This gives the ice cream a beautiful color and a great fruity taste. I have prepared 2 ice cream recipe variants for you. One variant with only the Ice cream and the other variant with ice cream paste and fresh green apples. No matter which recipe variant you choose, both are very creamy and delicious. Apple ice cream lovers will get their money's worth.
Tip
This is also wonderfully easy to put into the ice Apple-Variegato swirl in. That gives the whole thing a special fruity kick.

I made the variant with fresh apples and the ice cream pastes. Wonderful green color, it tasted delicious too, but it was harder and like sorbet for me. I will try the milk ice cream variant next time ...

I would recommend making the sorbets with cremosa. Then they become significantly more milk ice cream, but then have a full taste, as milk ice cream greatly reduces the taste of the fruit.

The apple ice cream is awesome. Not only children jumped at it, adults did too.
Simply fruity and for me it was not hard but nice and melty.
But the temperatures were well over 30 degrees.
I made it exactly according to this recipe.

According to the recipe far too much sugar for our taste.
We always use 800g of sugar for 50ml, that's not too much or too little.
Other than that, my favorite strain so far. Even comes close to a sour apple from our Italian here nearby.

My husband absolutely loves it. I think it's delicious too, but I prefer making it as milk ice cream. There is one small drawback, though.
I have to chop the ice cream paste again with the hand blender because otherwise it doesn't dissolve as well. There's still room for improvement. Otherwise, great!👍🏻

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm very happy that you like the ice cream! Normally the ice cream paste doesn't have any chunks worth mentioning, as the apple part is already finely pureed, apart from a few peel fibers. Nevertheless, I recommend that you mix the ice cream mix intensively in a food processor for 2 minutes - this will remove all the fibers. Alternatively, you can also use a hand blender.
We generally advise against simply mixing everything together with a whisk in our recipes, as this doesn't make everything completely homogeneous. We therefore recommend using a mixer or hand blender. Try it out and you'll definitely be able to do it even better next time without the extra step of pureeing the paste again.
