Ingredients

522 g of water
185 g Sorbet-Perfecto
65 g sugar
55 g lemon juice
17 g binderPerfecto
155 g woodruff syrup
approx. 2 g green food coloring from Movito
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the water, woodruff syrup, lemon juice and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method
