Halloren Kugeln are the most famous chocolates from the oldest chocolate factory in Germany, the Halloren Chocolate Factory in Halle/Saale. This 200-year-old chocolate tradition deserves to be honored in the form of ice cream. It is a delicately melting milk ice cream for fans of traditions from “our” homeland.

Ingredients

124 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Perfecto-Bindemittel
1 g salt
175 g Halloren balls
685 g milk (3,5%)

Preparation

Step 1:
Melt the Hallogen balls in the milk while stirring. Let cool down.
Step 2:

Mix the dry ingredients well and stir into the praline milk.
Step 3:

Mix the base for about two minutes at the highest level.
Step 4:

Let it mature in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Step 5:

Stir into ice with the ice cream maker.
Step 6:

Fill the ice cream and let it freeze in the freezer for another 24 hours.
