Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the milk, hazelnut paste and dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
The ice with an ice machine or the hand method
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer that Variegato spread out
