170 g sugar
155 g Sorbet-Perfecto
85 g lime juice (alternatively lemon juice is also possible)
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
a pinch of salt

700 g of water
7 g of hibiscus

Preparation

Step 1:
Leave 700 g of boiling water with 7g of hibiscus tea to steep for 10 minutes and then sift the tea out and let it cool down.
Step 2:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix 570 g of tea with the lime juice.
Step 4:
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
