You need for ice chocolates or stick ice cream Perfecto Minus and ice wonders for glazing.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, vanilla paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Fill the ice cream in praline molds / silicone molds and leave to freeze in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
Glaze the pralines or the ice cream with the Eiswunder chocolate
