Today there is a vanilla ice cream with cherries. This vanilla ice cream is particularly intense and creamy. I never liked vanilla ice cream before. What you get in the ice cream parlor and in the supermarket doesn't taste good at all.
It wasn't until I started making vanilla ice cream that I actually became a real fan. Of course, it's to blame here that I use real vanilla and completely forego any flavors. That makes a huge difference in taste. Another component is the egg yolk, which underlines the taste of the vanilla positively.
In this variation, there are also delicious sauerkirchen. That goes incredibly well with the delicious sweetness of the vanilla.

If I want to use this recipe for spaghetti ice cream, I add about 5 grams of cremosa and it works perfectly with the spaetzle press
