Frozen yogurt recipe with Perfecto-X no added sugar. A creamy yogurt ice cream recipe with no added sugar.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, yoghurt, lemon juice and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
