Juicy brownies

Super juicy brownies recipe! I love brownies. But only if they are really juicy and thick. My kids love this brownie recipe too.

This is a slightly modified version of Sally's. She makes some great baking recipes, and I can highly recommend them to everyone. However, I've tweaked the brownies a bit to suit my taste.

The juicy brownies recipe is really easy and quick to make.

They go really well in various ice cream recipes, for example Vanilla icecream. You can fold them in pieces into the finished ice cream or soak them in sugar syrup beforehand. Then they stay particularly juicy and thick.

The recipe is for about a 20x30cm baking sheet.

Ingredients

Full-bodied chocolate variant
230 g butter
400 g sugar
50 g coffee (cooked)
1 tbsp homemade vanilla paste
½ tsp salt
4 eggs
250 g dark couverture
150 g whole milk couverture
200 g flour
50 g of cocoa
100 g chocolate drops
100 g walnuts or hazelnuts chopped
Dark Chocolate Versions
230 g butter
330 g sugar
50 g coffee (cooked)
1 tbsp homemade vanilla paste
½ tsp salt
4 eggs
300 g dark couverture
50 g whole milk couverture
200 g flour
50 g of cocoa
50 g chocolate drops
150 g walnuts or hazelnuts chopped

Preparation

Step 1:
Put sugar, butter, coffee in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat.
Step 2:

Then remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Step 3:

Add the chocolate and stir until it has completely dissolved.
Step 4:

Add vanilla paste and salt and stir in.
Step 5:

Stir in eggs one at a time with the whisk.
Step 6:

Stir in flour, cocoa and hazelnuts.
Step 7:

Finally stir in the chocolate drops.

Spread the dough about 2,5 cm thick on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top heat for 22-25 minutes. A bit of dough may still stick to the toothpick when testing the chopsticks.
Step 8:

Ventilate for 10 minutes. - -

Then cover with a cloth and let cool for 60 minutes and then cut into brownie pieces
