The kalamansi is a mixture of tangerine (a sour mandarin) and kumquat. The calamansi fruit has a mixture of sweet, sour and bitter flavors.
Preparation with a 100% calamansi puree without any other additives.
In Kalamansi sour cream, the pleasantly aromatic acidity of the fruit is combined with the melt of the sour cream. A refreshingly creamy ice cream.
