When Andreas presented the test recipe, I was immediately hooked. I love the sour taste of kefir. So I tested it and I'm thrilled.
Citric acid (which is used for jam, for example) is specified in the recipe because, unlike lemon juice, it does not adulterate the taste.
A wonderfully refreshing ice cream with a balanced ratio of acidity and sweetness.
If you like kefir, you will love this ice cream!

I like yogurt and buttermilk ice cream, but kefir ice cream is my absolute favorite ❤️
