A very tasty and refreshing ice cream.
Mix the dry ingredients together well.
Mix all ingredients except the cream for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Add the cream and mix again at 20/30 speed for 1-3 seconds.
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Briefly stir the ice cream mix again with the whisk and then pour it into the ice cream maker.
