Fruity-fresh lemon paste – quick to make
With our Lemon paste You can bring the full, sunny lemon flavor directly into ice cream – and with minimal effort. The whole organic lemon (including peel) is finely pureed, leaving only the seeds out – so each glass remains intensely aromatic and versatile for use in ice cream mixes, sorbets, or as a fruity flavor kick in desserts.
Versatile & perfect for your ice cream maker
Thanks to the clear relationship between 1:1 fruit to sugar You can make the paste safely and easily. Whether with or without an ice cream maker – simply stir it into the ice cream base and enjoy the lemon kick.
Inspired by the community
A big thank you to our group member Uta Wilms, who shared this simple but brilliant basic recipe – after consulting with her, we are allowed to feature it on the portal.
The entire fruit is used here ... only the stones need to be removed.
Organic oranges (see recipe picture) and biolimettes are also suitable.
By the way: If you don’t have time to make the lemon paste yourself, then have a look at the shop, there is an equally delicious Lemon paste from Movito.

I fill it flat in a bag and freeze it. So you can easily bill a piece 😉

which sugar should you use and isn't the paste a bit bitter if you mix in the white skin?
Thanks for an answer ;)...am a beginner 😀

The shell is not mentioned in the preparation. Does it have to be in the paste or not? At the top it is written that the entire fruit is used, just not the candle. In the preparation, however, only the fruit content is mentioned and that actually excludes the peel. Could this be clarified please? I would like to try the paste.

I know it with the whole fruit, just without the seeds. So with peel, skin, so it has to be organic fruit. Nothing has been bitter so far 😀
