Mix the strained mandarins with the rest of the ingredients except the cream for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Add the cream and mix on a low level for 20-30 seconds.
Let the ice cream ripen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hours.

Very tasty combination of the liqueur with the tangerine, is also beautifully tender and melts in the mouth. However, it is a very soft ice cream.
