Who does not know the delicious caramel biscuits that are often served with coffee in cafés? Here the ice cream with this great taste.
Mix the dry ingredients together well.
Mix the milk, caramel cream and dry ingredients for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Add the cream and mix again for 10 seconds on a low level.
Let the ice cream mix ripen in the refrigerator for at least an hour, mix again briefly and then put it in the ice cream maker.

With 9gr salt (Fleur de SEL) this delicious ice cream becomes a salted caramel ice cream ?????. Super tasty, already made twice, doesn't get old.
