Ingredients

520g whole milk 3,5%
140g cream 30%
230g chocolate (Lindt macarons pistachio)
95g Perfecto Ice powder plus
15g Perfecto Bindemittel
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Warm the milk and melt the chocolate in it
Step 2:
Mix all dry ingredients together well
Step 3:
Add dry ingredients to the chocolate milk and mix for two minutes on the highest level
Step 4:
Now add the cream and mix for about 15-20 seconds on a low level
Step 5:
Let the cooled ice base mature in the refrigerator for three hours
Step 6:
Freeze with the ice cream maker or hand method
Step 7:
For 24 hours to re-freeze in the freezer
