Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, ice cream paste (in the case of the ice cream paste version with raisins, add these first with the cream) and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and stir gently
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Add the raisins shortly before removing or fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and between each layer the Variegato spread out
